• Drive continuous school improvementthrough high-quality teaching, effective assessment, robust qualityassurance and strategic planning.
• Create a safe, inclusive and nurturingenvironment where pupils and staff feel valued, supported and empowered tosucceed.
• Champion safeguarding, ensuring thehighest standards of child protection, wellbeing and regulatory complianceacross the school.
• Recruit, develop and inspire ahigh-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountabilityand continuous professional development.
• Build strong relationships with pupils,families, governors, local authority and external partners to deliverexceptional educational experiences.
