Tradewind Recruitment is assisting a welcoming primary school in Kettering, Northamptonshire to recruit an outstanding Headteacher for a September 2026 start. The role is offered on a 0.8 FTE basis (4 days per week) with a strong emphasis on leadership, safeguarding and school improvement.

We are seeking an experienced Headteacher or an accomplished Assistant Headteacher ready to step into headship, who can inspire staff, develop pupils and build strong partnerships with the wider community.
