Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a welcoming primary school in Kettering to recruit a Headteacher for a September 2026 start. The role is offered on a 0.8 FTE basis (4 days per week) to provide leadership with a flexible working pattern and a focus on delivering exceptional primary education.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Headteacher or an accomplished Assistant Headteacher ready to take the next step into headship, leading with integrity and safeguarding in mind, and

Qualifications

• Experienced Headteacher or Assistant Headteacher ready to progress into headship.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Clear understanding of safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.

• Lead the school's strategic direction and overall performance.
