**Your Role:** The front of house team at SUSHISAMBA Covent Garden is seeking a passionate Waiter/Waitress to join our family. You will ensure each guest is warmly welcomed and their experience is memorable by delivering excellent food and beverages with friendly, efficient, and flawless service from start to finish.

**Your Requirements:** As a Waiter/Waitress, your main responsibility is to embody exceptional hospitality. You’ll provide courteous, knowledgeable service, take orders, answer menu questions, upsell offerings, and communicate clearly with the kitchen—all while maintaining a warm, professional presence on the floor.

We’d love you to have:

• Experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced, high-quality environment (to be assessed at trial/interview)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Previous lounge/bar experience and knowledge of private dining rooms (PDR) preferred
• Flexibility with working hours, including late finishes
• Availability to work any 5 days between Monday and Sunday
• A deep respect for diversity and individuality
• A commitment to maintaining standards and following procedures
