Job summary

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to join our luxury dining team in London. You will lead floor service, ensure flawless guest experiences, and mentor the front-of-house crew to maintain the highest hospitality standards.

This role offers exposure to flagship concepts across Gaia, La Maison Ani, and Shanghai Me, with tips on top of hourly wages, opportunities for career progression, and staff meals and dining discounts.

Fundamental Hospitality is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Waiter/Waitress to join our exceptional teams across London.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within some of the city’s most prestigious restaurant concepts, including Gaia, La Maison Ani, and Shanghai Me.

The Role

As a Head Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in delivering seamless and memorable guest experiences. You will lead service on the floor, support and motivate the front of house team and ensure the highest standards of hospitality are consistently maintained.

Working within a fast-paced luxury environment, you will bring confidence, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail while creating an atmosphere that keeps guests returning.
