Big Mamma is a French Italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 8 years, we have opened 27 restaurants across Europe (France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Belgium, and Italy). YOUR MISSION:

1. You will be part of a BIG MAMMA floor team.
2. Your top priority will be to look after all guests in your section, ensuring the team follows your example by adhering to service steps, providing recommendations, upselling, and going the extra mile.
3. You will master knowledge of our products, wines, and cocktails, and participate in training junior waiters.
4. You will be responsible for opening and closing the floor.
5. You will respect health and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
6. You will support management in onboarding new team members.
7. You will create a magical experience, making our customers' day special.
8. You will embody Big Mamma values: maintain a warm, smiling, professional attitude, support colleagues, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
