Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar front-of-house hospitality role is essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skill.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and guest experiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Confidence leading a section and supporting wider team operations.
• Full eligibility to work in the UK.

Head Waiter - £16-£20/hr OTE (including tronc)

We’re looking for a Head Waiter to join the team at our Cubitt House Pub. As Head Waiter, you’ll be a key leader on the floor, delivering warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest while supporting the management team in driving exceptional service standards. You’ll help create memorable dining experiences, leading by example to ensure each visit exceeds expectations and reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence.
