Kaze Lounge in Greenwich, London, is seeking an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress - Occasional Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, deliver outstanding service and supervise our front-of-house team. You will ensure smooth service, guest satisfaction and close collaboration with the kitchen and bar.

We require at least 1 year in a similar role, strong leadership and cash-handling ability. The position offers £13–£14 per hour plus service charge with an immediate start in a stylish Pan-Asian setting.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Head Waiter/Waitress or similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence in managing a busy restaurant shift independently.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Experience handling cash-ups and opening/closing procedures.
• Previous knowledge of Zonal POS would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Must be available to work weekends, including Fridays and Saturdays.
• Flexibility to work late evenings when required.
• A positive attitude, reliability and the ability to work well under pressure.
