We are currently recruiting for a n In Room Dinin g Head Waiter/ ess for our 5 Star Luxury Hotel The Londoner.

Overview:

We are expanding our In Room Dining Team at The Londoner and are currently recruiting for a In Room Dining Head Waiter/ Waitress.

As In-Room Dining Head Waiter / Waitress you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional In- room dining experience for our guests by delivering food and beverages to guest rooms quickly and efficiently.

You will ensure the guest satisfaction in the room before leaving an will share any feedback receive with the In Room Dining Management team.

You will support with the smooth running of the In Room Dining operation.

About You:

Previous experience of working in a high-end food operation ideally with In Room Dining experience at Head Waiter/ess level.

You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.

Have an Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken an be able to work well within a team.
