Job summary

The Twenty Two in London is seeking a Restaurant Head Waiter to lead the restaurant floor, coordinating service with kitchen and bar to deliver flawless dining experiences for every guest.

You will mentor junior waiters, oversee VIP and private events, and maintain a polished, guest‑centric approach across varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. This is a hands-on, frontline role.

The Role

As a Restaurant Head Waiter, you will:

• Lead the restaurant floor team to deliver exceptional, seamless dining experiences for all guests.
• Coordinate service flow between the restaurant, kitchen, and bar teams to maintain the highest standards.
• Mentor and support junior waiters, ensuring consistent training and development across the team.
• Act as a key point of contact for guest requests, ensuring all needs are handled promptly and professionally.
• Assist with VIP and special event service, ensuring memorable experiences for all guests.
