As a Head Waiter, you will deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests while maintaining our 5-star service standards. You will welcome guests, take and serve food and beverage orders, confidently recommend and upsell menu items, and respond to guest requests with professionalism and attention to detail. Working closely with the kitchen, bar and restaurant teams, you will play an important part in ensuring every service runs smoothly. You will also develop a strong knowledge of the restaurant's menus, ingredients, allergens, beverages and service standards so that you can confidently assist guests with their choices.
You’ll have good communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You’ll bring a warm and welcoming approach, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Previous restaurant or luxury hospitality experience is desirable but not essential, as full training and support will be provided. We welcome applications from candidates who are enthusiastic about delivering an excellent guest experience.
