Job summary

Hawksmoor Seven Dials is seeking a Head Waiter to lead the restaurant floor with confident, knowledgeable service while developing the waiting team. This hands-on leadership role will run sections, guide junior staff, and ensure guests receive warm, seamless hospitality.

You will balance guest experience, staff coaching and cross-functional teamwork to uphold Hawksmoor standards in presentation, knowledge and service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Waiter in a quality, high-volume restaurant.
• Confident leading a section and supporting others.
• Warm, personable and comfortable engaging with guests.
