Job summary

Hawksmoor is seeking a Bar Waiter to deliver warm, confident service on the bar floor and to guide guests through the menu, drinks and wine list with assurance.

The role emphasises teamwork, accuracy in order-taking, and strong communication with the kitchen and bar, ensuring smooth service and memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Passionate about hospitality and great guest experiences.
• Confident, personable and comfortable talking to guests.

• Previous waiting experience is helpful but not essential, full training provided.

As a Bar Waiter at Hawksmoor, you’ll deliver warm, confident and knowledgeable service that makes guests feel genuinely looked after. This is a hands-on, floor-based role where you’ll guide guests through the menu, work closely with the team and help create memorable dining experiences, whether it’s a casual meal or a special occasion.
