Your Role

As our Head Waiter, you’ll lead by example in exceeding guest expectations, inspiring colleagues, and sharing knowledge with the front of house team while providing warm, genuine service. We seek someone experienced as a waiter, ready for the next step, or a seasoned Head Waiter seeking a new challenge. Your daily duties include opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and training team members. You will also assist with training, oversee guest experience, and lead private dining. This isn’t just any restaurant — it’s Da Costa, where we cook Italian cuisine over fire, serve dishes from our farm and garden, and host community events.
