Practice: Group Practice

Facilities: The practice is modern and spacious with state-of-the-art equipment, including digital X-ray, in-house laboratory, ultrasound, and multi-parameter monitoring.

Role: You will manage a team of 5 vets, supporting them clinically and overseeing the daily operations of the practice. People management experience is advantageous.

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week on a rota basis. No OOH shifts.

Applicant Requirements: Strong exotics experience is required for the Head Vet position.

Salary: Starting from £70,000 depending on experience.

• Bank holiday rota shared equally (3-4 days per year)
• Salary for experienced vets is negotiable based on experience
• 4.6 weeks annual holiday, increasing to 5.6 weeks after 2 years, plus birthday off
• £1,500 CPD allowance; CPD encouraged
