Job summary

Medivet Frimley Green is seeking an experienced Head Veterinary Nurse to lead and develop the nursing team within a growing practice. You’ll work with a new Partner to shape the day-to-day running and patient care, enjoying the autonomy to implement changes while supported by a strong clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• RCVS registered veterinary nurse with a passion for patient and client care.
• Experience leading and developing a nursing team.
• Ability to shape a growing practice and improve day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate nurse-led appointments and activities.
• Support consults, surgeries and procedures while maintaining standards.
• Provide clinical leadership and development to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with hospital partners and ensure smooth running of the practice.
