Job summary

Medivet Frimley Green is growing and we’re seeking an experienced RVN to become Head Veterinary Nurse, shaping the nursing team and practice future. You’ll work with a new Partner to lead, support, and develop staff while maintaining excellent patient care and a positive culture.

This role sits within Medivet’s hub-and-spoke model, offering access to a 24-hour hospital in Wokingham and experienced hospital teams for advanced cases.

Qualifications

• You’re a RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care.
• You’re a confident leader with experience of getting the best out of every colleague.
• We welcome applications from Nurses ready to lead, develop and inspire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nurse-led appointments and supervise routine surgeries and procedures.
• Provide clinical leadership and development to the nursing team.
• Support the day-to-day running of the practice and maintain high standards.
