Qualifications

• Must be an RCVS registered veterinary surgeon.
• Proven clinical leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to drive high standards of patient care and client service.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across the practice and guide the veterinary team.
• Mentor colleagues and support professional development.
• Maintain high standards of clinical and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations Support Manager and Network Partner to drive performance.
• Share clinical best practice within the Medivet community.
• Participate in the on-call rota and weekend requirements at the aligned hub.
• Oversee patient records, prescribing, and governance in daily operations.
