Beech House Veterinary Surgery - Head RVN Position

Beech House Veterinary Surgery is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Head RVN to lead and mentor our nursing team towards clinical excellence.

Location and Benefits: Join our well-equipped practice in Radcliffe, Manchester. We offer an attractive salary and excellent benefits package.

Role Details: This is a full-time position, working 5 days a week with 1:4 Saturdays. The role involves leading a team in a practice with a varied caseload and modern equipment including digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, and in-house labs.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for an experienced RVN who is confident, proactive, and capable of leading and mentoring. The role offers the opportunity to work in a well-established practice with loyal clients and varied cases, with potential for personal development and leadership.

Our Practice: Established in 2009, our friendly team provides high-quality care, supported by regional referral services in various specialties. Our clinic is accessible by car and public transport, with parking available.

Working Hours and Salary: Approximately 38-40 hours per week, including 1 in 4 Saturdays (08:30-17:30). Flexible working options are available. Our hours are Monday to Friday 07:45-19:00 and Saturdays 08:30-17:30. Out-of-hours support is provided by MiNightVet Manchester.
