Facilities:

• Large, Purpose-Built Facility

Duties:

• Managing the nursing team: Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Nurse consults, anaesthesia, inpatient work
• Carrying out reviews of the nursing team
• Ensuring high clinical standards by upholding their commitment to excellence in patient care.

Hours: Your shift pattern will be 40 hours across 4 or 5 days per week between 8 am - 7:30 pm. 1:3 Saturday Morning (8:30 AM - 12:30 PM). No OOH or on-call work.

Applicant Requirements: They are looking for an experienced, easy-going, and relaxed individual who can work alongside their friendly and team-oriented team.

Salary: £35,000 depending on experience
