This leadership role combines clinical nursing with staff development, ensuring high standards of patient care across routine, emergency and critical care cases. You will mentor the nursing team, oversee nurse consultations, schedule 3 procedures, and drive clinical standards while supporting ongoing CPD and career progression within a modern hospital

Qualifications

• RCVS registration as a Veterinary Nurse.
• Senior or leadership experience in a veterinary setting.
• Proficiency across clinical nursing areas and client communication.

Head Registered Veterinary Nurse (Head RVN) to join a busy and highly regarded 24-hour veterinary hospital in Kensington.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior RVN or existing Head Nurse to take on a leadership role within a modern hospital environment, working alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team and managing a varied caseload ranging from routine procedures to emergency and critical care.

The Role

As Head Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will combine clinical nursing with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and supporting the ongoing development of the nursing team.

Key responsibilities include:
