Purosearch Ltd. is partnering with a veterinary practice to recruit a Head Nurse who will provide clinical leadership to the nursing team and uphold the highest standards of patient and client care.

You will lead nurse-led clinics, oversee Schedule 3 activities, and mentor colleagues to reach their best in a supportive environment. The Opportunity

As Head Nurse, you'll provide clinical leadership to the nursing team, ensuring exceptional standards of patient and client care while supporting colleagues to achieve their best. You'll lead nurse-led appointments and Schedule 3 activities, support consultations, surgeries and procedures, oversee patient monitoring, admissions and discharges, and ensure the highest regulatory, clinical and operational standards are maintained.

5 weeks' annual leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing with length of service.
