Bar des Prés in Mayfair is seeking an experienced Head Sushi Chef to lead our sushi team and uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency.

You will oversee knife skills, sushi/sashimi preparation, and team leadership in a fast-paced luxury dining setting, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining food safety and stock control.

Formación

• Experience as Head Sushi Chef or similar in a high-end restaurant.
• Excellent knife skills and sushi/sashimi expertise.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sushi team to high culinary standards.
• Strong focus on food safety, hygiene and presentation.
• Experience managing stock and inventory in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the sushi team to deliver premium quality and consistency.
• Oversee prep, presentation, and portion control for sushi and sashimi.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the sushi station.
