Job summary

Early Childhood Solutions LLC seeks a Data Analytics and Data Lead to drive advanced analytics, data governance, and scalable data platforms for Head Start programs remotely. You will guide a cross-functional team, develop AI-enabled data pipelines, and deliver actionable insights for program efficiency and outcomes.

The role requires strong statistics, SQL, Python/R skills, experience with data warehousing, and cloud platforms. Remote work with some travel supports the mission and timelines.

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant and progressive experience in data projects.
• 3 years supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong foundation in statistics and hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, R, Python, ETL tools, API development.
• Experience with database design, ETL processes, data warehousing.
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Leads a multidisciplinary team of analysts to conduct data management services.
• Oversees data infrastructure, processing, and transformation.
• Develops and maintains data management processes and systems for accuracy and security.
• Develops and maintains Smartsheet to support workflow and grants management.
• Documents data projects for knowledge transfer and compliance.
• Produces insights to improve efficiency of data workflows.
• Maintains data-driven tools and automation pipelines.
• Implements tracking to monitor progress of grants and data services.
