Qualifications

• Strong SQL and data modelling experience essential.
• Advanced data visualisation skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience leading analytics or data initiatives from inception to completion.
• Proficiency in Python or similar for data manipulation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a data strategy for business visibility.
• Build and optimise data pipelines, models, and dashboards.
• Lead data storytelling to translate insights into actionable outcomes.
• Define key metrics with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams.
• Champion a data-driven culture and mentor analysts as needed.
