Oakham Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to lead a large nursing team within Inspiring Vet Care. With a varied hospital caseload and an out-of-hours team, the role blends clinical nursing depth with leadership responsibilities. You will oversee rotas, stock, performance and development for 14 RVNs and student nurses, while maintaining exceptional patient care and a positive, high‑performing culture.
