Inspiring Vet Care’s Oakham Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to lead a team of 14 RVNs, students and out-of-hours colleagues. The role blends clinical nursing with leadership, spanning hands-on care and people management.

You’ll oversee rotas, stock control, performance and staff development, while maintaining exceptional patient care at the heart of the practice. A senior nurse or ambitious RVN with leadership potential is welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role would be advantageous.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage rotas and stock control while maintaining high clinical standards.
