Job summary

Vets for Pets is seeking an experienced Head Registered Veterinary Nurse for our Telford practice. You will lead the nursing team, deliver high standards of patient care, and help drive clinician coaching and training programs.

The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with a Saturday rotation (1 in 4). We offer competitive pay up to £34,000 pro rata based on experience, CPD funding, a contributory pension, and generous staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Solid all-round clinical skills and high standards of patient care.
• Leadership with clinical coaching experience is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive team player.
• Passion for animal welfare and excellent client service.

Responsibilities
