Job description

Job Type: Full-time, permanent position, fully office based
Office location: Cheltenham Outskirts and Cheltenham Town Centre
Salary £28-£30k

Must Have’s

  • Client facing in an office environment
  • Experience leading a small team

Nice to have’s

  • Office based Reception experience
  • Undertaking appraisals

So what will you be doing?

  • Manage reception rota and holiday requests
  • Use our computerised telephone system to answer and filter volume incoming calls
  • Co-ordinate, book and prepare meeting rooms
  • Ensure maintenance of reception areas and meeting rooms

  • Hours 8.30am-5pm with 1 hour lunch

Requirements:

  • You have client facing experience in an office environment (essential)
  • You have experience leading a team
  • You have proven exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • You are confident, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
