Aqua Restaurant Group on Level 33 of The Shard, London, is seeking a Head Receptionist to lead the reception team, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a smooth operation.

You will manage reservations and guest inquiries, resolve issues with professionalism, and support the Reception Manager in developing the team for exceptional service.

Your day at Aqua:

• Lead by example: Support the reception team, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service
• Handle guest relations: Manage reservations, address guest inquiries, and resolve any issues with professionalism and care, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for guests and the team
• Team building: Assist supervisors and management with developing the team

You will be paid £12.71 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £4.00 extra per hour. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
