Rudy's Pizza in St Albans is seeking a Head Pizzaiolo to lead the kitchen at a new opening. You’ll own kitchen performance, quality, and guest experience, shaping the menu and standards from day one.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Head Pizzaiolo or Senior Sous in a high-volume kitchen.
• Deep knowledge of authentic Neapolitan pizza-making.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a large kitchen team.
• Strong commercial awareness - labour and waste management.

We are excited to be opening in St Albans and are looking for our next Head Pizzaiolo. The Head Pizzaiolo is one of the most important roles in our Pizzerias. You'll have full ownership of the kitchen operation - quality, consistency, people, compliance, and culture. This is a senior leadership position that demands both expert Neapolitan pizza experience and confident kitchen management, in one of the UK's most respected and fastest-growing pizza brands. Your day-to-day
