Longevity is key in our search for our client’s new Head Pastry Chef. A proven track record of maintaining a Head Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef position in a 3AA Rosette environment is required. As this is a guest-facing role, excellent communication and interaction skills are essential.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Head Pastry Chef to join a new team, creating and developing dishes for the pastry section alongside the Head Chef. The hotel offers a popular afternoon tea, hosts approximately 25 weddings per year, and features a busy fine dining restaurant with a tasting menu. The Head Chef has designed a playful and engaging menu using the best suppliers.
