Part of the Brownsword family of hotels, located in Bath, just a short walk from the city centre with a bus stop right outside. The hotel is a stunning Georgian house with 33 bedrooms built in honey-coloured Bath stone, surrounded by four acres of multi-award-winning gardens. £40,000 per annum
We pay our team a monthly service charge, which all goes into one pot. 100% of this service charge is shared amongst the team, with an average of £160 per month (approximately £2000 annually) for full-time employees.
As a Head Pastry Chef, you will work alongside the Executive Chef to manage our kitchen, serving two restaurants: the Celebration Restaurant (3 rosettes) and the Casual Dining Restaurant. Your responsibilities include creating new desserts for both restaurants, food safety management, and leading the kitchen team.
