Job summary

Black Sheep Coffee is seeking an organised Office Manager to own day‑to‑day Head Office operations at the Southwark Street site in London. You will report to the Interim People Operations Director and ensure the space is clean, welcoming and fit for business.

This full‑time, on‑site role requires practical judgement, strong service orientation and collaboration with People, Property, IT, Compliance and Finance teams. Hybrid work is not applicable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in office management, workplace coordination, or a closely related role.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear and confident communication with colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards across workspaces, meeting rooms, kitchens and storage spaces, resolving day‑to‑day issues promptly.
• Act as the central point of contact for Head Office and reception queries, greet visitors and provide a professional arrival experience.
• Coordinate access arrangements, passes, keys and visitor procedures with People and IT for new starters and leavers.
• Manage breakfast provision, kitchen supplies, stationery and other consumables while controlling waste and cost.
