Job summary

EBRD London Headquarters seeks Head of Workplace Operations to lead facilities, workplace strategy and supplier performance, aligning services with the Bank's objectives. You will manage a team of 11 staff and oversee a budget of around £28M, delivering an end-to-end colleague and customer experience across 2,600 heads in 367,000 sqft.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder engagement, risk management, and delivery of ESG and health and safety standards in a hybrid London

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities and workplace operations.
• Ability to develop and implement workplace strategies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and strategically manage outsourced third party relationships for value and performance.
• Lead change management engagements with senior stakeholders.
• Drive cost efficiencies and robust MI reporting across facilities.
• Ensure health & safety, fire standards and insurance compliance.
• Manage annual budgets and capital works for the London HQ.
• Lead a team to deliver end-to-end workplace services and projects.
