Job summary

Connect44 group is seeking a Head of Wireless Delivery in Manchester to lead the construction and build delivery of wireless infrastructure across the UK. You will establish a scalable operating model, coordinating internal Build Managers with dedicated partners and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient delivery.

You will manage programmes across towers, rooftops, streetworks and greenfield sites, driving governance, performance and commercial controls while leading a national delivery team

Qualifications

• Extensive senior experience leading wireless telecoms construction and build programmes.
• Proven ability to mobilise blended delivery organisations with internal Build Managers, dedicated partners and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of telecoms construction across towers, rooftops, streetworks, greenfield sites and compounds.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with director-level engagement.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Own UK wireless construction and build delivery strategy and governance.
• Lead the build function from handover-to-build through mobilisation and site execution.
• Develop and scale partner networks including civils, rigging and electrical partners.
• Ensure safety, quality, and commercial controls across all sites.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and client reporting while managing risks.
