Connect44 GmbH seeks a Head of Wireless Delivery to lead the construction and build delivery of wireless infrastructure programmes across the UK. You will establish the operating model, manage internal Build Managers and partner teams, and ensure safe, scalable delivery with strong governance and commercial controls.

You will build a national delivery capability, optimise site mobilisation, and drive improvements across all sites, reporting to senior leadership with direct client engagement.

Formación

• Extensive senior experience leading wireless telecoms construction and build programmes.
• Proven ability to establish, mobilise and manage a blended delivery organisation.
• Strong knowledge of telecoms construction across towers, rooftops, streetworks and greenfield sites.
• Excellent CDM 2015 construction-phase duties and contractor responsibilities.
• Valid Health & Safety qualifications (SMSTS/NEBOSH) are highly required.
• Willingness to travel nationally within the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Own the UK wireless construction and build delivery strategy and governance.
• Lead the build function from handover-to-build through mobilisation and handover.
• Develop, maintain and scale the partnership model with civils, rigging and electrical partners.
• Ensure partner capacity aligns with forecast site volumes and client priorities.
• Lead construction mobilisation for new clients and projects.
• Oversee rooftop, tower, streetworks and other environments with civils and electrical works.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, dashboards and standard work.
• Represent Connect44 in client reviews and programme governance.
