The role requires strong knowledge of towers, rooftops, and street works, with expertise in rigging, electrical schematics, and H&S compliance. You will coordinate with teams, suppliers and clients to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in wireless telecoms build management.
• Knowledge of towers, rooftops and street works.
• Understanding of rigging and electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with build permitting, H&S compliance and local planning.
• Skilled in project scheduling tools and methods.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Ability to delegate workflow and manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end site build activities including planning, construction and integration.
• Coordinate with leadership, contractors and suppliers for smooth delivery.
• Conduct site surveys, assess risks and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain company and client portal systems updates.
• Obtain quotes with QS to submit tenders and final accounts.
• Develop and maintain build schedules and project documentation.
• Resolve on-site issues to keep builds progressing.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and client specs.
• Assist with collection and storage of handover evidence.
• Track quality assurance and implement corrective actions.
