Job summary

Capital One UK is seeking a Senior Manager, Head of UK Partnerships, to lead and grow our top UK merchant relationships in the affiliate marketing space. You will blend ad tech expertise, data analytics, and senior enterprise account management to drive revenue and expand Capital One Ad Solutions in the UK.

You will own a portfolio of top-tier UK merchants, oversee end-to-end technical integrations, and translate insights into actionable feedback for Product, Data, and Revenue teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in client-facing, revenue-generating roles within affiliate, performance marketing, ad tech or retail media.
• Exceptional ability to navigate matrixed organisations and engage with key stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with performance data, APIs and analytics to tell business stories.
• Demonstrated success partnering with technical/product teams on integrations and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of top UK merchants; design, execute and scale tailored ad solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end product integrations using data analytics and performance tools.
• Translate merchant insights into feedback for Product, Data and Revenue teams.
• Train agencies and merchant teams on product value and deliver executive reviews for C-level audiences.
• Travel for client visits, industry conferences and occasional trips to US HQ.
