Vesta Software Group is seeking a Head of Treasury to lead the global treasury function across multiple jurisdictions, optimise working capital, manage cash pooling, and strengthen banking relationships. You will partner with the CFO and senior leaders to implement policies, governance, and robust controls in a complex international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualification preferred.
• Extensive experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, cash forecasting, treasury controls, debt facilities, and multi-currency environments.
• Excellent analytical, financial modelling, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within a global, multi-entity organisation is highly desirable.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Group's global treasury strategy, policies, and operating framework across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Oversee cash positioning, cash pooling, intercompany funding, and working capital management activities.
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasting processes and ensure efficient daily treasury operations.
• Manage relationships with banking partners globally and negotiate facilities and services.
• Develop treasury policies, governance, and internal controls; support audits.
• Drive standardisation and automation of treasury processes and systems across the portfolio.
• Support M&A activities and capital allocation decisions with treasury insight and analysis.
