As part of a leadership restructure we are seeking an outstanding Head of Transformation to lead the day to day delivery of our wide ranging programme of transformation and improvement work.
You will provide leadership and direction to the Transformation Team, planning work, managing team resources, and ensuring delivery of strategic priorities. You will work closely with operational teams across the organisation to understand their needs and requirements and to develop programmes of work that meet Trust requirements. You will champion a culture of improvement and transformation inspiring and supporting colleagues to build confidence and to trial new ways of working. You will celebrate successes and share learning to inspire further innovations.

Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2025/6 rates, inclusive of a 3.6% pay award which will be implemented later this year. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 2024/5 pay bandings (Pay scales for 2024/25 | NHS Employers)
