Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing modern test automation strategies.
• Proven ability to lead automation initiatives and mentor teams.
• Strong understanding of QA principles and software quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the automation strategy across multiple projects.
• Design, build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and Vitest.
• Develop automated test suites with BDD and Gherkin-based approaches.
• Collaborate with engineers, Product Owners and stakeholders to embed testing throughout the lifecycle.
• Define quality metrics and drive improvements in reliability, productivity and delivery velocity.
