Job summary

Foundation Recruitment is partnering with a privately owned real estate investor to recruit a Head of Tenant Experience for London. This hybrid role includes travel across the UK portfolio and direct visibility with senior leadership.

You will design and roll out a portfolio-wide tenant experience strategy, from front-of-house hospitality to building standards and community engagement, shaping how our buildings feel and function.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate, flexible workspace, hospitality, or customer experience.
• A track record of raising service standards and tenant satisfaction.
• The influence to bring people together across multiple sites and organisations.
• Energy, creativity, and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Comfort working independently and owning a strategy end to end.

Responsibilities

• Set the national tenant experience strategy and service standards.
• Lead front-of-house teams, training, recognition, and a reception network that raises the bar.
• Set the standard, audits and improvement plans for wellness facilities to wayfinding.
• Create community events, partnerships, and perks that make our buildings desirable places to be.
• Provide satisfaction surveys, KPIs, and reporting that show real impact.
• Travel regularly across the UK portfolio meeting tenants and teams face to face.

Now we're looking for someone to set and lead that vision.

The opportunity

This is a brand-new role, built for someone who wants to leave their mark. You'll design and roll out a portfolio-wide tenant experience strategy from front-of-house hospitality to building standards, community events to tech-enabled engagement. Think hospitality meets property meets community management, with real scope to shape how our buildings feel and function.

What you'll be doing

• Setting the national strategy, including service standards, presentation, and consistency across every asset
• Leading front-of-house teams, training, recognition, and a reception network that raises the bar
• Setting the standard, audits and improvement plans for everything from wellness facilities to wayfinding
• Creating community events, partnerships, and perks that make our buildings places people want to be
• Proving it works satisfaction surveys, KPIs, and reporting that shows real impact
• Getting out the regular travel across the UK portfolio, meeting tenants and teams face to face
