Job summary

London-based real estate investment company is seeking a Head of Tenant Experience to design and roll out a portfolio-wide tenant experience strategy across our UK assets, from front-of-house hospitality to building standards.

This hybrid role involves leading front-of-house teams, audits, events, and travel across the UK portfolio, with scope to shape how our buildings feel and function.

Full-time preferred; part-time considered for the right candidate. Competitive salary dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Set the national tenant experience strategy across assets, standards, presentation.
• Lead front-of-house teams, training, recognition, and a reception network.
• Define audits and improvement plans for facilities and wayfinding.
• Create community events and partnerships to attract tenants.
• Monitor surveys and KPIs to demonstrate impact.
• Travel regularly across the UK portfolio to meet tenants and teams.

Now we’re looking for someone to set and lead that vision.

The opportunity

This is a brand-new role, built for someone who wants to leave their mark. You’ll design and roll out a portfolio-wide tenant experience strategy from front-of-house hospitality to building standards, community events to tech-enabled engagement. Think hospitality meets property meets community management, with real scope to shape how our buildings feel and function.

What you’ll be doing

• Setting the national strategy, including service standards, presentation, and consistency across every asset
• Leading front-of-house teams, training, recognition, and a reception network that raises the bar
• Setting the standard, audits and improvement plans for everything from wellness facilities to wayfinding
• Creating community events, partnerships, and perks that make our buildings places people want to be
• Proving it works satisfaction surveys, KPIs, and reporting that shows real impact
• Getting out the regular travel across our UK portfolio, meeting tenants and teams face to face

What you’ll bring

• Experience in commercial real estate, flexible workspace, hospitality, or customer experience
• A track record of raising service standards and tenant/customer satisfaction
• The influence to bring people together across multiple sites and organisations
• Energy, creativity, and genuine passion for hospitality
• Comfort working independently and owning a strategy end to end
