The Head of Teaching and Learning will support the Director of Teaching, Learning and Quality Improvement in driving excellent standards of teaching, learning and assessment across the College. The postholder will translate the College's teaching and learning strategy into consistent, high-quality classroom practice, working closely with curriculum leaders and teaching staff to secure improvements in teaching, learner engagement, progress and outcomes.

Working as part of the Quality team and reporting to the Director of Teaching, Learning and Quality Improvement, you will lead activity designed to strengthen teaching, learning, and assessment across the College.
