Qualifications

• Significant experience leading workforce planning, talent management and succession strategies.
• Strong experience designing and embedding enterprise-wide talent and performance frameworks.
• Expertise in leadership assessment, leadership development and management capability programmes.
• Experience leading large-scale learning, talent or people programme portfolios and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and MI to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Aldermore's strategic workforce planning approach aligned to business priorities.
• Own and evolve talent and succession frameworks with diverse pipelines for critical roles.
• Lead the enterprise performance framework to support development and business objectives.
• Shape leadership assessment and development programmes and drive succession planning.
• Oversee manager and leadership development programmes across the Group.
• Oversee enterprise learning initiatives focused on measurable impact.
• Partner with Talent, Learning, and capability teams for a joined-up approach.
• Provide senior leaders with workforce and performance insights for risk and opportunities.
