Qualifications
- Senior HRBP with strong talent and OD experience
- Commercially minded, curious and growth-focused
- Experience leading Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development or Organisational Development programmes
- Confident with senior stakeholders and driving change
Responsibilities
- Lead our Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams.
- Shape how we attract, develop and retain great people.
- Run annual performance reviews, talent discussions and calibration processes.
- Support job architecture, job levelling and reward initiatives.
- Drive projects that simplify processes and improve employee experience.
