Job summary

TeamFeePay in Belfast is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition and Development to lead and scale our talent function across the UK, Ireland and EU. You will shape workforce planning, hiring standards, onboarding and leadership development in a fast-growing SaaS/tech environment.

You will partner with senior leadership to design multi-market hiring strategies, manage budgets, and build talent pipelines while ensuring compliance with UK/EU employment laws and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior talent acquisition role.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the talent acquisition strategy across UK, Ireland and EU markets.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, headcount forecasts, role definitions and hiring roadmaps.
