Location: Warrington

Salary: Up to £110,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Drive Supply Chain Excellence: Set, challenge, and meet ambitious availability targets across all channels.
• Strategic Stock Management: Optimize stockholding, ensure efficiency, maximize cash, and minimize waste.
• Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain key relationships internally and externally.
• Operational Efficiency: Lead major space and seasonal changes, improve stock flow and supplier management.
• Team Leadership & Development: Nurture talent and foster a high-performance culture.
• Budget & Performance Management: Manage budgets related to stock, waste, and 3PL performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head of Category (Supply Chain) or similar senior role, preferably in retail, FMCG, or fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership skills with a record of developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to implement change, optimize processes, and collaborate across departments.
• Commercial acumen with experience in supplier management and budget control.
