Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is assisting in recruiting a Head of Structural for a Leicester-based consultancy. The role requires a Senior Structural Engineer who can lead and develop a team of engineers while managing key residential and commercial accounts.

You will report to the directors, drive KPI performance, and have the opportunity to progress to a Director level as the business expands. Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:30–5:30, with a salary of £80,000–£100,000 plus pension and benefits.

Are you a Senior Structural Engineer with experience running and managing a team of Engineers, looking to become the go to technical expert within one of the fastest growing businesses in the industry?

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for running, managing and developing your team of Civil Engineers. Reporting directly to the directors, you will manage key high-end accounts within the residential and commercial industry, whilst ensuing all KPI's are met across the board.
